1 medium banana
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (I used raspberries and strawberries)
1/2 cup of milk/dairy substitute (I used rice milk)
Throw it all in a blender and you're ready to go! Don't let the spinach fool you. It's virtually tasteless and provides tons of vitamins and minerals such as iron, folate and antioxidants (just to name a few).
